perfect location
venue is on best place - location, location, location! we were arriving on 5th January and traditional celebration is starting just in front of the hotel! great views during breakfast, possibility to swim ... all and it is in the area where there is so many great bars and restaurants. great location for visit
our room was having view to the wall ... but ok, it didn't bother us so much as other views were great

A lovely hotel with issues that should be easily resolved.
Great location and comfortable rooms. Beautiful view from the balcony.
We stayed 9 nights with an interval of 3 nights away. As we were on the lowest floor with balconies it was rather loud from the promenade below, so we asked for a room higher up for our second stay. Unfortunately this doesn’t seem to be possible, although we were promised that a note was taken of our wish. The result: exactly the same noisy room again even though we’d booked the expensive superior category both times. Another issue: when asked we received a kettle but without mugs. We requested cups but were told to use the glasses provided. Rather impossible and dangerous.

Breakfast was a bit limited and disappointing for the extra money paid. We would have been better off breakfasting out of hotel
